Mr. Anindra Raj Acharya is an accomplished banking professional, financial consultant, and corporate governance expert with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. His extensive expertise in banking operations, risk management, internal audit, compliance, and financial advisory has enabled him to contribute significantly to institutional growth, regulatory excellence, and sustainable business development.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Central Department of Management, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur. Throughout his professional career, he has held several senior leadership positions within Nepal’s banking and financial sector. He served as Director of Finance in the airline industry before joining Global IME Bank, where he led key functions including Internal Audit and Trade Finance. He later spent 16 years at Siddhartha Bank Ltd., Head Office, heading critical departments such as Internal Audit, Compliance and Corporate Governance, Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Central Recovery.
In addition to his corporate banking career, Mr. Acharya is a professional auditor and financial and tax consultant, providing strategic advisory services to businesses across diverse sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of KutiTech Pvt. Ltd., Promoter of Sustainable Appliances Nepal Pvt. Ltd., and Chief Advisor to Gosaikunda Savings & Cooperative Ltd., contributing his expertise in governance, financial management, and organizational strategy.
As a Director of Pointer Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Acharya provides strategic oversight and governance guidance, supporting the company’s investment objectives through his deep knowledge of financial systems, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance. His commitment to ethical leadership and sound financial stewardship strengthens the company’s vision for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Chandra Bilash Bhurtel, widely known as Srijan, is an ICT expert, artist, writer, and social activist whose work bridges technology, creativity, and leadership. Born in Pokhara in 1977, he is the son of renowned artist Yadav Chandra Bhurtel and social activist Menuka Kiran Bhurtel. A multi-dimensional personality, he has excelled in visual arts, literature, and information technology, earning international recognition at a young age.
By 13, he won the Gold Prize at the International Biennale Painting Competition in Kanagawa, Japan, becoming the youngest artist archived in the Nepal Art Museum. His journey later expanded into ICT, where he pioneered analogue-to-digital video conversion in Nepal and contributed to projects such as Mahabir Pun’s Nepal Wireless Networking Project.
Professionally, Mr. Bhurtel has founded Fine IT, served as Principal of the College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE), and contributed to Nepal’s e-Governance masterplan. He has held leadership roles in the Information Technology Society Nepal and CAN Federation, and currently serves as the Principal of Himalayan College for Learning Excellence and Enterprise Sales Head at Generation Next Communication Pvt. Ltd.
His contributions have been recognized with honors such as the Nepal Education Leadership Award (2017) and the National Education Service Honor (2076 BS). Alongside his professional achievements, he remains deeply committed to youth empowerment, education, and social innovation.

His professional journey has been defined by delivering technical support, code optimization, and integrations for large-scale institutional deployments such as the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), while also building research-focused ML and Data Science solutions.

Beyond academia, Utkrista is the Co-Founder and Full Stack Developer at KutkiTech under Pointer Holdings, a company dedicated to providing end-to-end IT services. At KutkiTech, he leads projects in web application development, Odoo ERP solutions, digital marketing, generative AI-based advertisement, data science and advanced analytics, and mobile application development. The company’s mission is to bridge the gap between AI and innovation—transforming ideas into impactful solutions that empower businesses and communities.
Driven by curiosity and a research-oriented mindset, Utkrista continuously explores emerging technologies, particularly in the field of Generative AI, to push boundaries and create value.
