Chandra B. Bhurtel leads Kutki Tech with a wealth of experience in both academia and the IT industry. Formerly the Principal of CITE College and President of the Information Technology Society of Nepal (2011–2015), he currently serves as Secretary General of the CAN Federation and provides technical consultancy to numerous organizations.

Utkrista Acharya
Co-Founder & Full Stack Developer
Utkrista is a highly motivated and enthusiastic MSc Advanced Computer Science postgraduate with strong hands-on experience in ERP implementations, AL programming for Microsoft Business Central, backend API development, and system administration. His career has been defined by delivering technical support, code optimization, and integrations for large institutional deployments such as CAAN, while also building research-focused ML and Data Science solutions.
A fast learner and detail-oriented professional, he thrives in both independent problem-solving and collaborative Agile environments. His passion lies in bridging technical depth with innovation, ensuring that every solution is scalable, efficient, and future-ready.
Beyond academia, Utkrista is the Co-Founder and Full Stack Developer at KutkiTech under Pointer Holdings, where he leads projects in web application development, Odoo ERP solutions, digital marketing, generative AI-based advertisement, data science and advanced analytics, and mobile application development. His mission is to bridge the gap between AI and innovation—transforming ideas into impactful solutions that empower businesses and communities.
Driven by curiosity and a research-oriented mindset, he continuously explores emerging technologies, especially in the field of Generative AI, to push boundaries and create value. His goal is to combine academic rigor, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial vision to contribute meaningfully to the evolving tech landscape.
